(please print and fill in completely) We will have a photographer from American School Pictures, Inc. at our reunion to cover the event and ask every alumni and their guest to please have their portraits taken for the reunion book. There is no charge for the obligation. Photographs of all participants attending the reunion, plus activity and candid photos will be used to compile a pictorial reunion book. If you are not going to attend the reunion, you can still purchase a copy at this time by including a check for $15.95 (plus $2.00 shipping) with the form below, mailed to American School Pictures. If you are attending the reunion, a pose selection plus a reunion order form will be mailed to you at a later date. The finished publication will be mailed approximately 20 weeks after the reunion. If you are unable to attend, you may submit a small picture of yourself (or your family) to be used in the book. However, please make sure your submitted photo is vertical and no larger than 1 3/8 X 2 inches or an additional $5.00 will be charged to resize your photo. No negatives accepted. |
