IMPORTANT REMINDERS...
Most airlines have a 60 day advanced discount on tickets and after that time frame the costs goes up by 30-50%.

We are in the final stages of ordering classmate name tags and guest name tags and paying our security deposits for this reunion. We need accurate numbers for reserving rooms, food, etc. based on monies sent in, so please complete by 6/20.

Click here for an online version of the reservation form, to print and mail.

Thanks!

Dates for reunion are Friday, August 22 to Sunday, August 24, 2008

Here is the basic schedule of events:

Friday night- We will have a casual night at the Cleveland Yacht Club. Very casual dress, picnic style food, soft drinks and dessert and cash bar. Because many generous clasmates have sent donations, the price has been reduced to $10 per person. (Of course, we still welcome any additional donations to help cover the Reunion 2008 events!)

Saturday Morning- Lolly The Trolley Ride that will pick up at LHS and the Holiday Inn. The ride will take us through Lakewood to see the new schools: Harrison, Hayes, Horace Mann, and Emerson will be new elementary schools, Garfield, and Harding will be the new middle schools, McKinley, Taft and Madison will have been closed, and LHS will be 1/2 of the way completed. We will also see the new Y and the new library. To date, 78 classmates have replied that they want to take this trip to step back to their early childhood!

Saturday Evening- A buffet dinner at the Holiday Inn, price is $45 per person including tax and tip. We'll have all '57/'58 music from CD's and played in moderate volume so conversations can be heard. No other entertainment planned but dancing will be welcomed. In attendance to date for the dinner are 140 classmates. Please let us know ASAP if you will also attend.

Sunday - Nautica Boat trip on the Cuyahoga - This will be a cruise and brunch. Prices to be determined. So far, 75 classmates have signed up.

Hotel- We have rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn Westlake, so the in-towners and out-of-towners alike will have a great rate. The hotel is taking reservations now, at $89 plus tax but price is good for all days IF you mention class of 58 reunion when making reservation.
(Make sure you tell them it's for LHS58 Reunion. Please reserve by January 20, 2008.)
At our last reunion, many classmates enjoyed being able to talk well into the night with old friends, while their spouse could enjoy the "sanctity" of their rooms!

A picture book memento- Still looking into this. Estimated price around $15.

We're looking forward to our fiftieth... and welcome your help. We've already heard from many of you via the online or mail-in surveys, but your input is important.... even if you can't attend. Please take a moment to use our convenient online survey!
